Our nannies are all experienced and or qualified. To register with us, we require a minimum of two written reference, but the more the better. A CV is requested and we need to know what the candidate has been doing since leaving school with no gaps.
Our interest is to find the right person for the job.
We check back verbally on as many of the references as possible, to ensure there are no read between the lines references.
We ask the candidate to be picky and choosy about the type of job they want to save any wasted time on the part of both parties. That way, when we forward a candidate to a client, we know that this type of position is definitely something they are interested in and they do want to interview with you.
What We Provide
We can provide any kind of childcare for any length of time. This may include:
Daily Nannies, there for a set number of hours each day, up to 5 or 6 days a week (salary 1000-1500 rubles per hour).
Live-In Nannies who will either have a bedroom and bathroom within the family's house or separate accommodation provided who may work up to 11 hours maximum per day, 5 days a week (salary £3000 and above).
Maternity Nannies, there for newlyborns and new parents up to 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (salary £4000 and above).
After School Nannies who can pick up your children from school and/or nursery and take care of them until you take over (salary 1000-1500 rubles per hour).
Part-Time Nannies, who may work a few days per week as required (2000 rubles per hour).
Temporary Nannies, who may work for a limited period of time if things get hectic (salary £2000).
